The Corporate Partners Committee is responsible for the cultivation of corporate partner relationships and special event sponsors for the Chapter, and any other sources of revenue deemed appropriate by the Chapter Board. The committee shall also develop a network of financial and educational resources that contribute to the economic development of individual members.

Diversity
The Diversity Committee is responsible for assisting the Chapter in creating an environment within the Chapter that embraces diversity and inclusion of business owners regardless of the industry or size of the business and regardless of the ethnic background, religion, national origin, marital status or sexual orientation of the business owner, and which attracts, recruits and retains business owners from diverse groups and backgrounds.

Education
Education Committee is responsible for Lunch & Learn education programs and the Speakers Bureau – an initiative that helps to promote NAWBO BRC members with public speaking expertise.

Legislation & Advocacy
The Legislation & Advocacy Committee is responsible for the public policy education of Chapter members through the communication of NAWBO’s public policy positions and activities and the coordination of all legislative visitis by Chapter members. It also coordinates Chapter relations with local and regional political and public policy leaders and encourages their participation in Chapter meetings.

Programs
The Program Committee is responsible for developing the meeting programs and speakers relevant to the Chapter needs for each operating year. After each meeting, the committee will collect members evaluations for each meeting and regularly review member comments for the purpose of continuously improving program delivery.

Media/Public Relations
Communicates all public information about the Chapter’s activities and events to both the Chapter members and to the Chapter’s constituents throughout the community. Through a marketing plan that it creates, it shall be responsible for managing the Chapter’s brand image and developing consistent media opportunities for both Chapter activities and Chapter members. The committee shall also coordinate all printed collaterals and publications and ensure that they are branded consistently to NAWBO’s published standards.

Scholarship
The Scholarship Committee is responsible for establishing criteria for selecting scholarship recipients, searching for qualified candidates, and selecting scholarship recipients. The Scholarship Committee shall educate the public, promote and represent the interests of NAWBO’s Scholarshp Program. The Scholarship Committee shall also plan and facilitate fundraising activities for the Scholarship Program, including encouraging Chapter membership to contribute financially to the Chapter’s Scholarship Program.
